However, this right does not apply to perishable goods or sealed food items once opened, for health, hygiene, and food safety reasons.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Eligibility for Returns

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

The product is not a perishable food item or has not been unsealed

Proof of purchase is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or unsealed food products

Perishable goods (including caviar, truffles, and fresh food items)

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Items returned after the 14-day cancellation period

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged in transit

Incorrect or not as described

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos and your order number.

Where the issue is confirmed:

We will offer a replacement or full refund

Return postage will be covered by Luxury Tastes

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for food products. If eligible, a refund will be issued, and a new order may be placed separately.
